Where is the LOAD-IN entrance?
On Nutt Street next to the Parking Lot Entrance.
Load In Times:
FRI: 12:00pm-7pm
SAT: 7am-9:45am
Show Hours:
10am-4:30pm
Load Out Times:
4:30pm-6:30pm
Check-In Desk:
At the rear of the hall is the Exhibitor Check In desk. You’ll give your name to check-in and then begin setting up. On Saturday you’ll receive your wristbands for the show. Your wristbands must be worn at all times during the event. No exceptions. You can purchase additional passes for $10 each at the check-in desk. Max of 2. Cash only.

Wifi can be pricey at the venue so we highly recommend getting your own hot spot for mobile sales.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
• No Fireworks, Weapons, or Adult Material Sales.
• No breaking down your exhibits until 4:30pm. Anyone who leaves early will not be invited back to participate. Basically, you paid to be here, plan to be here the whole time.
• Exhibitors MUST use the back bay doors to exit the show. Last show there were 2 incidents with yelling at staff to use the main doors but that is expressly prohibited. Cars who park up front trying to beat the lines, etc will be asked to leave the parking area.
• Treat the event and venue staff with respect at all times.
This is a small show, but growing each time thanks to the staff, volunteers, exhibitors, and attendees. If we don’t have a chance to say it at the show, THANK YOU for being a part of Wilmington Geek Expo.
